Competitive Intelligence, Senior Operation Analyst

The Competitive Intelligence team is at the forefront of innovation , shaping the future with cutting-edge projects. We are seeking a skilled analyst to join our team, playing a pivotal role in Competitive Intelligence data collection and cross-functional projects.

What you’ll do:

  • Competitive Intelligence Data Collection: Collaborate with external data providers to ensure comprehensive Competitive Intelligence data gathering

  • Support cross-functional projects in Pricing, Reporting, Market Management and Engineering

  • Objective and Roadmap Definition: Define objectives and roadmaps for multiple data collection workstreams

  • Work closely with stakeholders to align data collection efforts with overall business goals

  • Business Requirements Translation: Translate business requirements into actionable plans for technical teams, ensuring seamless execution

  • Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate effective communication

  • Data Quality Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Oversee data quality, monitoring for discrepancies, and troubleshooting issues as they arise

  • Implement proactive measures to maintain high standards of data integrity

  • Data Analysis for Business Insights: Conduct in-depth data analysis to derive actionable business insights from raw data

  • Present findings to relevant stakeholders, contributing to informed decision-making

  • Team Guidance and Mentorship: Provide project-related guidance to team members, ensuring alignment with project goals

  • Mentor team members in skills and career development, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment

Who you are:

  • Proven experience in data collection and analysis, strong in SQL and familiar with Python

  • Strong project management skills with a focus on roadmap definition and objective achievement

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements for technical teams

  • Proficient in troubleshooting and ensuring data quality

  • Previous experience in mentoring and guiding team members

  • Preferred 3-5 years experience in the e-commerce or travel industry
