Photo Producer

It is an exciting time at Expedia Group, and we are seeking a Mid-Level Creative Producer with an emphasis on Photo Production to join our growing team. We are looking for true creative producers with impeccable taste to work in partnership with our creative teams. You should have a deep knowledge of and passion for photography, the production experience required to run your own projects, and a willingness to expand into more integrated projects alongside photo productions.

Confident communication is required, as is resourcefulness, creative problem solving, dependability, attention to detail, willingness to travel and, the ability to learn and grow with rapid change.

What you’ll do:

Utilize knowledge of current trends in the photography industry and photographers around the world to stock vendors

Show experience with editorial to commercial resources, including BIPOC and diverse voices

Communicate with internal and external stakeholders - with an emphasis on nurturing vendor partnerships globally and nuanced internal relationships across the 3 brands

 Display a well-developed and elevated aesthetic, with a passion and curiosity for photography

Always seeking to discover new work to broaden your visual library

Exhibit a Pro-active and positive attitude

Work with a highlycollaborative team, where you will getto jump in on a task outside of your assigned scope to help the team

Travel 25%+ a year to shoots, sets, and other locations both national and internationally

Who you are:

4+ years in photo production in Brand or Agency

 Expert Knowledge of Keynote

Hands-on experience producing photo shoots from ideation to launch, for many purposes including Digital, OOH, print, creative advertising, social media, Editorial, partnerships, and international needs.

licensing costs and project fees to inform and advise on budgets, balancing creative goals with business priorities

Meticulous with budget management, digital organization, and able to follow a clear process, while maintaining flexibility for change

Experience producing film content and/or knowledge of video post-production a plus

Working knowledge of Smartsheet and Adobe Creative Suite a plus

Passionate about Expedia Group and elevated travel adventures

Willingness to travel

Degree in BS/BA Art, Photography, Film, Graphic Design or Visual Communication or equivalent work experience

The total cash range for this position in West Hollywood is $110,500.00 to $155,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
