Expedia Partner Solutions’ global Sales Execution team is looking for a Sr. Manager, Operational Readiness, to shape the operating model for our exciting new products.

The EPS team is responsible for Expedia Group’s large-scale B2B partnerships, offering a variety of products and customisation to meet the partner needs.

What you'll do

As a Senior Manager, Operational Readiness, you will partner with our Sales and functional teams to shape the foundation of our new products operating model. You will be responsible for the end-to-end sales strategy and operational processes, from sales framework to servicing needs. You will work closely with teams such as Strategy, Product, Finance, Analytics, HR, Legal and Sales enablement to unlock our new products full potential. You will:

  • Be the main point of contact within Sales Execution for the assigned project or product stakeholders.

  • Lead a status assessment to evaluate the operational, systematic, and tooling gaps and develop a comprehensive plan to close them.

  • Support the new product’s Go to Market strategy, by ensuring the business is ready for market from a sales, operational and servicing angle.

  • Own the end-to-end sales and servicing process, from lead generation to pipeline management, implementation, and servicing.

  • Leverage existing business processes, competencies, and framework when possible, and create and own product specific initiatives when applicable.

  • Coordinate with Sales leadership and functional partners to drive initiatives forward and close any gaps. · Support the evolution of the sales operating model around our business strategy, driving efficiencies to help achieve sustainable growth

  • Establishing and using key metrics to measure effectiveness and areas for improvement

  • Analyse data and use stakeholder feedback to uncover key insights. Work with stakeholders using this information to optimise the operating model

  • Support ad-hoc initiatives as required

Who you are

  • Strong experience in Product Go to market and operational excellence.

  • Entrepreneurial, with a bias to action and drive for results.

  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment requiring new perspectives and with multiple competing deadlines.

  • Strategic thinker with experience taking conceptual vision to structured plans and execution

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Robust communication skills with ability to present information appropriately to a diverse range of audiences

  • Ability to build strong working relationships with cross functional global teams

  • Knowledge of SalesForce.com, Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory

  • Experience in Travel B2B business is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing or related degree.
